13. To review the composition of the Editing Committee
The Chairman reminded that Mr.Hunter was the Editing Committee. He then explained the organizational changes which had taken place in the UK and the procedure developed to assist Mr.Hunter and the Editing Committee.
The Chairman also advised that it was now officially recognized that generally there will be no French translation of TC 18 documents. The exceptions being those few documents nominated by the French National Committee.
The Chairman thanked Mr.Hunter for his efforts on behalf of TC 18 in the Editing Committee.
14. To appoint new Convenors of WG 3 - WG 16 - WG 18
The Chairman said that we had already got positive response concerning the convenorships of WG 3 and WG 18. He hoped that a solution would soon be found also for WG 16, and he would assist Mr.Rebaudengo in securing a new Convenor.
15. To review the working group membership and the WG tasks

The Secretary had sent a revised document to the Central Office in July. However, it had not yet been circulated. The document is continuously updated and will now be circulated in the near future.
The Chairman said that it would be necessary to review the scope of the working groups in the process of converting them into Maintenance Teams, a task he proposed to leave to the Officers. This was agreed by the committee.
Mr.Lofaro reminded that we had set up a review team the previous day and wondered how this would fit in with the rest of the groups.
The Chairman explained that a written procedure will be forwarded in due course, which it is believed will clarify the situation.
NOTE：
Each Convenor will receive from the Secretary a copy of the Administrative Circular 53/AC and 73/AC together with the IEC TC Newsletter No.4, 1998 and a request to propose amendment to the task of their WG to take account of the requirements for maintenance of the IEC Publication(s) for which the WG is responsible.
16. Programme of future work and relevant decisions
