7.2. The MRTD results shall be tabulated and plotted on a graph (with a Iogarithmic scale for temperature differences and a linear scale for spatial frequencies) separately for each observer and each orientation.
A recommended table is shown at Annex A. The MRTD curve may be drawn utilising as many as possible of the plotted points. Specific large excursions should be noted and explained as required. All results must be shown.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT
8. This STANAG is implemented when a nation has issued instructions that the MRTD of thermal imaging systems will be measured in accordance with this STANAG.
