Additional report of ISO/TC 8/SC 9 "General requirements"
(1) ISO/WD 15016 (Guideline for assessment of speed and power performance by means of speed trial：09.10)
With reference to the subject WD, the contents of the text of ISO/CD 15016 prepared in line with the conclusion of the Tokyo meeting held in June this year are now in the process of being polished up mainly as to the English and expression used. It will be circulated to SC 9 members as ISO/CD 15016 in November this year.
(2) ISO/NP Standard practice for human engineering design for marine systems[09.14] (later renamed "Standard practice for human engineering design for marine systems, equipment, and facilities")
The subject standard practice was circulated on 1st September, 1998 as SC 9' s NWIP. The closing date for voting is 1st December 1998.
(3) Ship fender [09.23]
Ship fender makers and the SC 9 secretariat talked together about the date of circulating NWIP and other matters regarding the subject item, and it was agreed to circulate the NWIP voting format and related documents to SC 9 members in November at the latest.
