SC 4 received IMO's proposed guidelines for safe ocean towing sent by Mr. Thomas M. Hopkins, SC 3 Secretariat, by fax and letter dated 1998-06-26. SC 4 would like to invite Norway or other country to consider undertaking the responsibility of the working group convener. Up to now SC 4 has not got nomination.
