The VOYAGERTM provides a high performance, stable platform for the acquisition of high quality video and other sensor data.
Overview
The VOYAGERTM has been designed to meet the advanced subsea inspection and survey requirements of both inshore and offshore industry, as well as scientific and government communities. The VOYAGERTM features magnetically coupled brushless DC thrusters, three channels of fiber optic video and an advanced control system with capabilities similar to Perry's TRITONTM ROV control system.
The result is a high speed survey vehicle that offers a stable observation platform which is rated for depths of 610 meters (optional depths up to 1500 MSW). The standard configuration includes optical fiber transmission for two video cameras and a still camera, a three function manipulator and a scanning sonar while still providing payload to accommodate a variety of optional sensors and Oceanygraphic tools.
