Sasebo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (SSK) completed the 72,326-dwt bulk carrier in September 1996 and delivered to Mario Shipping Corp. of Panama.
The RUBIN POWER is the first ship of Sasebo's new version of panamax size bulk carrier having larger cargo capacity and horse power so as to meet the recent world trading. Furthermore than 10 sister ships of this SSK standard type will be delivered to several ship owners by early 1998.
