Conclusion ＆ Recommendations from Our Experiences
1. Vietnam Government intended to realize a balanced development of the country, and alloeated the budget equally to whole country.
2. In order to aim more effective industrial development and to compete with other ASEANcountries and China the goverment will need to concentrate more power to the developed areas such as Hanoi/Haiphong and Ho Chi Minh.
3. Urgent development/improvement of Ports and Highway rather than railway and airports is most important.
4. A developing country should be cautious about over introduction of laans because of liquiditn of capital world wide.
5. Environmental Conservation both in globe and urban area is getting more important in the 21st century.
