The investigation of biophysics indexs of auricles areas (auriculodiagnostic) makes it possible to estimate functional condition of the organ or system quickly and objectively. With the purpose to study diagnostic possibilities of auriculodiagnostic we measured electricity conduct of auricle areas of 600 healthy people. Then we picked out people, why needed further diagnostic and directed them to gastroenterologist. As a result sensitivity of auriculodiagnostic was 79%, specifition - 62,9%, foretelling value of negative result - 77,4%, foretelling value of positive result - 65,0%, rotetelling precision of result - 72,9%. Among the tested people a group of patients with absolute asymptoms oncologists and pre-oncologists diseases of gastrointestinal system was picked out (turnout of liver, polyposis of stomach, ulcerative disease of the stomach). Our investigations prove the necessity of usage of auriculodiagnostic for detection diseases on pre-clinical early studies.

Measurements of F-waves evoked by magnetic coil stimulation
Yasuhiko Seki, Sadanori Kawamoto, Akio Tsubahara, Ken Akashi (Kawasaki Medical School, Kurashiki, Japan)
We measured F-waves evoked by magnetic stimulation (MS) and compared them with those evoked by electrical stimulation (ES). Ten normal subjects were examined bilaterally. An eight shaped magnetic coil stimulator was placed over the median nerves at the wrist and elbow, and the waveforms evoked by MS were recorded using a pair of surface electrodes. Active electrodes were placed on the anterior side of the abductor pollicis brevis. In the same manner, the procedure was performed with the ulnar nerves. The F-wave latencies and conduction velocities evoked by MS were compared with those evoked by ES. We concluded that MS is useful method to evoke F-wave responses.
