The Effect of The Different Therapeutic Positions in The Recover of Hemiplegia

The purpose of this study was to test and prove the effect of the different therapeutic positions in the treatment of hemiplegia. In order to promote the recover of hemiparalysis patients, the different therapeutic positions had been practiced from Jane, 1993 to Jane, 1995 in the Rose Neurological Hospital. There were sixty cases in all in this study. Thirty belonged to complete hemiparalysis, others were incomplete. The different therapeutic positions included surpine, sitting and standing position. Through the treatment, there were ten cases recovered completely, who can walk Freely without any help of both instruments and people. Twenty cases can walk with the help of walking-stick and twenty can walk with one's hand, six had improvement of myodynamia, and four had no remarkable change. The postural therapy is a simple but very effective method to treat the hemiparalysis patients. It can not only promote the circulation of the patients, but also help the recover from the hemiplegia.
