The registration fee includes:

Application
Those wishing to attend the congress should fill out the registration form (Form A) and mail it with payment or proof of payment to the secretariat by July 3l, 1997
Note: Please make separate application for each participant. For additional application forms, please use copies of Form A.
Remittance procedure
Payment of registration and other fees should be made in Japanese yen by bank draft or credit card made payable to IRMA VIII. Holders of American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or JCB may use them for all payments.
No personal checks will be accepted.
For our quick and sure processing of your registration, we would also appreciate a photocopy of your credit card with the registration form.
Advance registration deadline: July 31, 1997
Upon receiving your registration form and remittance by July 3l, l997, the secretariat will send you a receipt with your registration number.
Please remember to bring this receipt with you when you register and pick up your materials upon arrival at the registration desk.
Registration after July 3l or at the congress site is also welcome. For a quicker service at the congress desk, those who made registration and payment after August l are requested to bring a copy of Form A and a proof of payment. The earlier your prior registration is, the shorter will be your waiting time at the registration desk.
Cancellation
Cance1lation should be made to the secretariat in writing either by letter or fax. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancel1ation as follows:
Cancellations received by June 15, 1997:
90% of the total will be refunded, Cancellations received between June 16 and July 31, 1997:
50% of the total will be refunded, Cancellations received on or after August 1, l997:
No refund.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
