With this car possible to measure the track irregularities in non-load condition and continuously record the measured data on a recording paper on which reference lines are previously drawn, while moving the car along track by the aid of human power.
The measuring items are irregularities in track gauge, alignment, longitudinal level, cross level, rail joints, structures, etc., in addition to travelled distance.
