(2) The following negative impacts by ELRT Project are usually discussed in the case of Japanese urban railway construction. Although we are not sure whether the situations in India are the same as in Japan, these issues are presented for UBTSL for consideration in addition to those indicated in the Report of EIA Study.
(a) Interference to radio wave for TV or Radio along the route due to elevated structure. (This interference may be small if cabled TV is adopted.)
(b) Sunshade to living houses or apartments along the route by elevated structure.
(c) Interference to privacy. People living in houses or apartments along the ELRT route may raise the problems that their private life might be peeped at by people riding on electric vehicle running on high elevated structure.
