(4) Branching Point to Vehicle Depot
Branching points from outbound and inbound track to vehicle depot are planned between stations, though their exact locations are not known. However, tracks to rolling stock bases shall be branched from a station to allow train sets to turn back the station.
(5) Number of Vehicle for Full Phase
The number of vehicles for the Full Phase is estimated to be 236. The number is smaller by 10 vehicles than the calculation of UBTSL. This is probably because, as the route plan of the Yellow Line, an alternative plan of a direct line entirely separate from the Red Line is adopted instead of the UBTSL's alternative (which aims at the joint use of track with the Red Line and the turn back at Trinity Circle Station). Under the separate-Line plan, the route length and transport time will be reduced by about 1.7 km and about 7.7 minutes, respectively.
