(3) Wind and Thunder
Situation of wind and thunder in Bangalore is given in Table 2.1-3. Mostly wind speed is less than 19 km/h or namely 5.3 m/sec. On about 20 days in a year, 61 km/h (16.9 m/sec) 〜20km/h (5.6 m/sec) wind blows. There are about 40 times of thunder per year.
