1.3.1 Establishment of Supervisory and Special Committees
For the execution of the Study, a Supervisory Committee was established in JARTS to conduct deliberations and guidance concerning such subjects as the policy and execution plan of the Study. A Special Committee was also established in JARTS to examine the details.
