多くの学校及び訓練機関にて訓練過程を通じて著名なアーチストや教師を生み出している。また第3回モスクワバレエコンクールや国内でのコンクールへ多くのプロジェクトを創り出したり、出場の生徒を送り出している。すぐれた教師として定評があり、教育功労賞メダルを受賞。現在、ベトナムダンススクールの副校長であり教師。また、ベトナムダンスアーチスト協会青年能力開発相互援助センターの副会長。

1970 Graduated from Institute of Dance Leningrard (USSR)
1970 Served as a Ballet and Duo Teacher
1979 Served as an Assistant manager of the Dancing Branch in the Vietnam's Dancing School
1986 Served as a Chief of the International Dancing Branch in the Vietnam's Dancing School
1996 Served as a Vice-Director and an artistic responsible person of the Vietnam's Dancing School
Training and creating distinguished artists and Eminent teachers in many schools and training institutes. Worked on many projects for the Third Moscow's Ballet Competition as well as the national competitions and sent the students as competitors to participate in them.
Established reputation as Eminent teacher and conferred the Medal of "For the Education Cause". Currently serving as a Vice‐Director as an Eminent teacher ability of the Vietnam Dance Artist Association.
