第3回モスクワ国際バレエコンクール、大阪バレエコンクール及びアジア･パシフィックバレエコンクールに参加した多くの若いダンサーを指導し功績を残す。近年においては、バレエインストラクターとして訓練及びリハーサルを行ったり、「眠れる森の美女」をはじめ「ジゼル」「ドン･キホーテ」など多くの古典バレエやベランシネスの「セレナーデ」のような現代作品の改訂にあたっており、中国ナショナルバレエの発展に貢献。

Instructed many young dancers with distinguished services who participated in the Third Moscow International Ballet Competition, Osaka Ballet Competition and Asian Pacific Ballet Competition. In the recent years, serving as a Ballet Mistress, training, rehearsing and reviving many classical ballets including Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Don Quixote etc, and contemporary works as Balanchines Serenade and contributing greatly towards the development of the National Ballet of China.
