It is indeed a great pleasure for me to extend my warm greetings and congratulations to the Japan Ballet Association on the occasion of "The 6th Asian Pacific International Ballet Competition".
This competition provides the talented ballet dancers excellent opportunities to compete with and to learn from each other. I am confident that this event will help strengthen the friendship and understanding among the participating countries.
I am heartened to note that a Vietnamese artist of the Vietnam's Dancing School has been invited as an observer.
I wish the organizers and competitors every success.
I highly appreciate the Japan Ballet Association for organizing this competition and I hope that this kind of competition will be continued in the coming years.
