Under the ITTF regulation 3.6.4.2,the players must have been born on or after June 30th，1975.

Each Associations entitled to enter the team events with 4 men and 4 women payers and a non-playing captain to each team and to enter the individual events with maximum 4 men and 4 women．
Note：For events MT and WT the Continental Federations will select their own quotas（e.g.Asian Table Tennis Union will select 4 youth men's teams and 3 youth women's teams).The selection for singles will be determined by the respective Continental
Federations and National Associations.
9.System of Play
（1）Team Events
*The competition of Men's and Women's Team will be in 2 stages．
In the first stage, the team will be divided into four groups（4men's teams and 3 women's teams in each group）to play in round robin system．In the second stage, the winners of each group will play in single knock out system.
