The period and contents of rolling stocks inspection are ruled by government. Those are renewed according to the improvement of technology. But these rules are basis on the periodical maintenance for wearable parts.
Because many equipment parts become not only electrically intelligent but also high reliable, we think that it is possible to renew the maintenance system that fits for the high reliable equipment.

Using new diagnostics technology and on conditional monitoring method, we can inspect the equipment without disassembling, and also we can chose the optimal maintenance period for each equipment
We also develop the new inspection method for wearable parts like brake shoes or pantograph sliders and so on. We make a device which can measure the amount of wear and forecast when we have to exchange the parts.
