With the mentioned type of training, the officialdom and the rest of the crew will be capable of knowing how to observe (preventive philosophy) and so, they will detect risks good in advance to solve them and to avoid the danger and the ominous consequences of the accident.

In the last years, as a result of an investigation study following the proposed objectives, various checklists have been concluded that show a great number of accident variables that today are not considered for the case of fire aboard, engine breakdowns, accidents at port, previous state of the ship (PSC), and even the first method to evaluate the fire risk in ships.
