We have find out the integrated group. Another is we need development of the human resources. The proper technology can solve the specific problem. Another is the rehabilitation of existing bus route lane to become more effective transport system. Some roads are needed to repair because of the outer edge especially destroyed. If the roads are in good condition the bus can move speedily.

The medium term for strategy is to identify the specific needs for action and consider the strategies for its overall integrated development, such as, some people suggested that there are a lot of small car entered to the CBD, so we need to substitute with the big bus to carry more people.

This is one example for strategy. Another is the decentralization of urban functions like shopping centers, office complexes, hospitals, clinics, banks, which are traffic generators to the new business nucleus and sub-nucleus. So everybody can see there are a lot of goods shop along the Mahabandoola Road, they are one kind of the traffic generator. People who are rich have own car and they come and buy the goods. Another one is to create more jobs opportunities in new satellite towns to curb down the number of demand, which is commuting to work opportunities in the central area, and elsewhere throughout established urban area. Restriction of roadside parking during peak hour and create off roads parking facilities. Improve the circular rail station and introduce the new train system, which should be punctual and close interval in peak hour. The cause of the decrease of passenger carried by the circular rail line is mainly due to not punctual. People could not rely on that circular rail line. So people choose the another mode of transportation. If we improve the circular rail station and the services of the rail the people will come back again and rely on the circular rail line. Draw plan for urban promotion area along the circular rail line especially development of the stations with shopping complex and connect with the bus services system network (Integrated Transport System). This is the laid out plan of the Hiroshima station. It is complex with the tramline here this is the rail line here and some are bus terminal here. So the station is integrated with other transport system. People are not boring to wait the station they can walk along and see or make shopping in the complex area.

So this is the one kind to persuade the people group together in the station. This is the Hiroshima station there is a car parking available on top of the station. This is the bus terminal in front of the station. So all the transportation system are integrated with rail, tram and bus line. So this is the another things to be consider to develop along the rail line. Feasibility should be done to construct the new circular rail route connecting North Okkalapa to Gyogone to shorten the journey time and create east-west connection. If we see the circular rail here there is no west to east connection here. There is Okkalapa Station (Kyauk Ye Dwin), there are many land space left along the new road connected to the Kyauk Ye Dwin, the junction of the airport. So we should do the feasibility study to connect the rail line to shorten the circular. There will be two circular rail routes here so people from West Side can use the rail to the East Side. So another way is; this is the research of the Japanese gentleman. When the bus can carry about the person per hour per direction. So we should think the tramcar in the congestive area. Tramcar can carry more than bus system. If the passengers are more than the tramcar we have to use the atomic guide trainer mono rail or urban rail. So my recommendation is the feasibility studies of tramway system or other options to carry mass volume of passengers to reduce the bus volume flowing into the CBD area.
