Xenon Searchlight (1 kW to 6 kW) for Pitching stabilized
This product is a xenon lamp-equipped remote-controlled searchlight of a horizontal lighting type. Its xenon lamp can be remotely turned on and off, focused, elevated and turned from a remote control board.
Provided with a built-in inclination angle sensor, the search light has a function to keep its elevation angle at a preset degree against the oscillation of the hull.
After the elevation angle is set and registered, an automatic system detects the inclination angle of the searchlight at regular intervals and computes its deviation from the registered angle. By processing the computed deviation into a signal to drive the motor, the system enables the searchlight to remain focused on the target all the time against the oscillation of the hull.
The accuracy of this follow-up control is ±0.6°or above (at an oscillation angle of ±15°and an oscillation period of 12 seconds).
Once follow-up control is started, the elevation angle at the start is registered, and the deviation from that angle is computed from time to time. Based on the computed result, the revolution of the servo motor and the turning direction signal are controlled.
The elevation and turning velocities of this searchlight can be varied continuously according to the operating angle of the joystick on the remote control board.
