(3) The affairs concerning with the preparation and custody of the documents related to the cases of the Marine Accident Inquiry;
(4) The affairs concerning with the investigation of the Marine accidents, and the assistance of duties related to other Commissioners as well as Assistant Commissioners;
(Branch of Commissioner's Office)
Article 14. For the purpose of alloting the affairs of Moji Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office, a Branch shall be located in City of Naha until further notice.
2. The name of the Branch of Commissioner's Office shall be appointed as Naha Branch of Moji Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office.
3. The provisions from Article 11 to 13 shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the Branch provided in paragraph 1. In those cases, “The Chief” provided in Article 11 shall be read as “the Chief of the Branch of Commissioner's Office” instead.
(Details of Organization)
Article 15. In addition to provisions provided by this Ministerial Ordinance, the details of the internal organization of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office and the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Offices (Including the Branch of Commissioner's Office) shall be determined by the Chief of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office with prior approval of the Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
Supplementary Provisions
1. This Ministerial Ordinance shall be enforced from the day of its promulgation.
2. The Regulations for Organization of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency (Ministry of Transport Ordinance No. 26 of 1949) shall be repealed.
