(Personnel of Local Office)
Article 11. There shall be a Chief, Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners and Secretaries in the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office.
2. The senior Commissioner among the Commissioners of the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall be appointed as the Chief of the Office.

Article 12. There shall be an Investigation Division in each Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office.

Article 13. The Investigation Division shall administer the Affairs as follows:
(1) The affairs concerning with the reception, despatch, compilation and preservation of documents, and the others, etc;
(2) The affairs concerning with the legal affairs and the collection of data on marine accidents;
