Chapter I. General Provisions
(Duties of the Director General)
Article 1. The Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry shall discharge the duties as follows:
(1) To control the affairs within the jurisdiction over the specific functions of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency, and to direct and supervise over the personnel thereof.
(2) To do the affairs with the appointment and dismissal, promotion, disciplinary punishment and other personal management of the personnel who belong to the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
(Duties of the Chief)
Article 2. The Chief of the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency shall administer the Affairs of the specific functions of the Agency, and to direct and supervise over the personnel thereof.
