(Applicable Provisions)
Article 74. With regard to the ruling on the raising objection, provisions of Section 5, Chapter IV, shall be applied mutatis mutandis thereto in addition to the provisions prescribed in this section.
Chapter VI. Execution of Judgement
(Public Notice of Recommendation)
Article 75. The Commissioner shall make public notice the whole sentence or the essential points of the written recommendation in the Official Gazette and the newspaper designated by the Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
(Forwarding of Copy of Recommendation)
Article 76. The Commissioner shall forward a copy of the written recommendation to any person for whom he deems necessarily.
(Presentation and Public Notice of Written explanation against Recommendation)
Article 77. The Designated Person Concerned in a Marine Accidents who received a recommendation may submit the written explanation to the Commissioner within one (1) month from the date when the judgement was pronounced.
2. When the request of the Designated Person Concerned in a Marine Accident mentioned in paragraph 1 is made after the judgement became final, the Commissioner shall make the written explanation to the public. However, the expense thereof shall be borne by the applicant.
3. With regard to the public notice mentioned in paragraph 2, the provisions of Article 75 shall be applied mutatis mutandis thereto.
(Investigation of the Steps Taken by the Recommended Person)
Article 78. The Minister for Transport may cause the Commissioner to investigate the steps taken by the persons who received the recommendation.
