Supplementary Provisions
1. The date of enforcement of this Law shall be provided for by a Cabinet Order. However, such date shall not be later than the 1st day of March, 1948.
2. This Law shall not be applied to a marine accident which took place prior to the enforcement of this Law.
3. The Mariners Disciplinary Punishment Law shall be repealed.
4 The Pilot Law shall be amended m part as follows: Article 19 to 21 deleted.
5. In regard to the inquiries based on the fact which took place prior to the enforcement of this Law, the provisions of the Old Law and Article 19 to 21 of the Pilot Law before its amendment shall be remained in force. In this case, read "Marine Accidents Inquiry Court" for "Marine court" mentioned in the Old Law as well as and those provisions thereof.
6. The proceedings in regard to cases taken by the High Marine Court shall be deemed identical with those taken by the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Court, and the proceedings in regard to cases taken by a Local Marine Court shall be deemed identical with those taken by a Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Court which exercise its jurisdiction over the seat of the said Local Marine Court.
