SC 9 Resolution 1:
Report of ISO/TC8/SC9 "General requirements" doc. ISO/TC8/SC9 N 19 (including German report in N 23) was presented and agreed upon.
SC 9 Resolution 2:
ISO/CD 15016 "Guidelines for the assessment of speed and perfomance by analysis of speed trial data" was agreed that the draft would be transferred to the stage of DIS.
SC 9 Resolution 3:
ISO/TC8/SC9 took notice of the report of voting (doc. 8/9N24) on the NWIP "Ships and marine technology - Sea trials" and the corresponding Working Draft presented by Mr. Falcao de Campos (doc. 8/9N27). Experts from Italy, Japan, the Russian Federation, USA and possibly others, to be invited by the secretary of ISO/TC8/SC9, are invited to join the experts from Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and the UK already participating in CEN/TC 300/WG 1, which is identical to ISO/TC8/SC9/WG4. The joint Working Group, under the convenership of Mr. Falcao de Campos (Portugal) will prepare the next draft (as prEN and DIS) under the Vienna Agreement, with CEN lead, based on concensus amongst the participating experts.
