1990年トゥレスパーニャ副局長

1992年ローマ、アテネ、アンカラのスペイン大使館観光参事官

1997年現職に就任。東京に在住して日本、韓国、中国、マレーシア、シンガポール、オーストラリアのスペイン大使館観光参事官を務め、現在に至る。

目崎　茂和(めざき　しげかず)

三重大学　人文学部教授

1945年新潟県生まれ。東京教育大学理学部卒業。理学博士。1986年まで琉球大学助教授、以降三重大学にて三重の風水と祭を研究。専攻は地理学・環境学。著書に「三重の祭」ほか。

　

Shigekazu Mezaki

Professor, Humanities Department, Mie University

Born in Niigata. Japan, in 1945. Shigekazu Mezaki graduated with a BS in physical geography from Tokyo University of Education, Iater receiving his PhD. Until 1986, he was an associate professor at the University of the Ryukyus. Since that time, he has been researching environments and festivals of Mie prefecture at Mie University.

広野　敏生(ひろの　としお)

まちづくりプロデュサー

株式会社創造工房ダ・ビンチ代表取締役

1946年富山県生まれ。奈良県立医科大学卒業。1993年(株)創造工房ダ・ピンチを設立、代表取締役に就任。まちづくりプロデューサーとして住宅・都市整備公団のまちづくりのコンセプトの制作ならびに地方自治体のまちおこしイベントや文化事業を手がける。

　

Toshio Hirono

City Planning Consultant

President, Creative Studio Da Vinci Co.

Born in Toyama, Japan, in 1946. Toshio Hirono graduated from Nara PrefecturalMedical College. As a city planning consultant, he is involved with concept planning for urban development projects ofthe Housing and Urban Development Corporation, and event and cultural projects for local governments. He started his company Creative Studio Da Vinci in 1993, serving since that time as its President.

　

　

清水義康(しみず　よしやす)

(社)長浜観光協会　統括マネージャー

1959年滋賀県生まれ。1982年長浜観光協会に入所。長浜城再興以降、広報活動、各種イベント企画などを中心に、「黒壁」等長浜市のまちづくり活動に参画。長浜市のまちづくり理念「博物館都市構想」、2010年をめざした「長浜市総合計画」の策定メンバーとしても参加。日本観光学会会員。

　

Yoshiyasu Shimizu

General Manager, Nagahama Tourism Association

Born in Shiga. Japan, in 1959. Yoshiyasu Shimizu joined the Nagahama Tourism Association in 1982. Since the restoration of Nagahama Castle, he has been a part of urban development projects for the City of Nagahama, including the "Kurokabe (Black Wall)" project. His work has focused on mainly PR activities and event planning.

　

　

高崎邦子(たかさき　くにこ)

JTB日本交通公社

関西営業本部　広報課長

大阪府生まれ。関西学院大学法学部法律学科卒業。(株)日本交通公社に入社し、団体旅行大阪支店において国内外多数の出張添乗業務に携わる。1993年より関西営業本部常業開発部にて関西地域活性化の為の調査・誘致活動を行う。1997年より現職。

　

Kuniko TakaSaki

Manager, Public Relations,

Kansai Regjonal Headquarters, Japan Travel Bureau

Born in Osaka. Japan. Graduated from School of Law at Kwansei Gakuin University. Afterjoining the Japan Travel Bureau. Kuniko Takasaki served extensively as a tour conductor on domestic and overseas tours for the Group Tours Osaka Office. Since 1993, she has been running surveys and promotional activities for the Marketing Development Department of JTB'S Kansai Regional Headquarters in order to activate the Kansai area. She has been at her current post since 1997.
