2.7 Rehabilitation projects and proposals should be made gender sensitive. Women should be included as staff and volunteers, ideally proportional to the percentage of women needing rehabilitation.
2.8 The workshop stressed the importance of marketing awareness and research in relation to vocational rehabilitation. The expertise present in other organisation should be tapped.
