This eye shows the same symmetry. However, the nerves are controlled by the center - the person with HD. In this case, the challenge falls on the individual - to become empowered to change the outer circle - the system or bureaucracy. For example, again using the nerve of media, individuals with HD must include the press in their activities, educating them about accurate terminology, and desired goals, decreasing stereotypes and enhancing the prospect of receiving uplifting and positive coverage. A similar plan can be followed in attacking the nerve of politics.
In summary, we must have the will - the courage - to change in order to bond into a productive partnership. My compliments to the Congress for offering me...us, the opportunity to challenge all of you.
In closing, I would like to paraphrase Cristiano Torres. Mr. Torres made an inspirational comment when he discussed the future of his "home" in Brazil. His comment was：
