| 1952年生まれ。一橋大学法学部卒、舞台芸術学院卒。日本経済新聞の関西地区の劇評を担当。近畿各自治体の文化行政にかかわる。「近松ニューウェーブシアター」「西鶴フェスティバル」「ひょうごアジア・太平洋青少年演劇祭」総合プロデューサー等を歴任。1987年から1992年まで、月刊「関西文学」の編集長をつとめた。現在NHK(近畿地区)番組審議員をつとめる。 |

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Hitotsubashi University, and Stage Art Academy.After beginning his career as a drama critic for the Kansai version of the Nikkei Newspaper, he has engaged himself in various cultural policies of municipalities in the Kansai region He has directed at various events, including the "Chikamatsu New Wave Theater," "Saikaku Festival," and "The Asia-Pacific Youth Theater Festival in Hyogo." From 1987 to 1992, he edited the monthly journal "Kansai Literature." Currently, he serves as a member of the NHK Program Council (Kinki region). |

| 1940年生まれ。エアランガ言語大学にて人類学学位取得。1970年フランスで地域観光政策について、1978年には、日本で観光開発計画について、同じく1978年ハワイで観光事業経営について研究。1965年通信・観光省へ入省後、国立観光研究所事務局長、観光総局計画部長、観光・郵政・通信大臣直属顧問官などを経て、1993年観光総局長(観光副大臣)に就任。1994年から1997年までHPBI議長(インドネシア語振興機関)、現在はPATA政府級会議議長を兼任する。 |

In March 1988, he resigned as the director of the Japan Tourism and Culture Institute and became a freelance folklorist. He is a director of the institute for the Culture of Travel and a member of the Tourism Policy Council for the Ministry of Transport. He is the author of The Japanese Tradition of Sightseeing Excursions, Wancha Rihei's Journey, Japanese Culture and Sake, Exploring Tourism and Folklore, Folklore of Amusement Quarters and many other publications . |
