WORKING PRINCIPLE
Emitted microwave from antenna is a frequency modulated continuous wave.
Transmitter receives reflected wave from liquid surface by antenna, and detects proportional frequency (Δf) to time difference (Δt). (Fig.1)
Frequency difference between transmitted and received waves is proportional to round distance (2R). Any noises from internal structures are filtered by means of Fast Fourier Transform processing after amplifying beat signal. Then the actual distance between antenna and liquid surface can be obtained. (Fig.2 & Fig.3)
