・(1) Most important thing is our health and safety, when we respond to HNS release accident.
 All the responders to HNS release accident should have been well trained for handling HNS.
・(2) Site Management ( Prevention from careless spread of contamination)
・(3) Hasting is wasting.
 Response to HNS release accident needs enough preparation.
・(4) Always keep your mind as it was in the beginning. As you gain more experience, you sometimes become less careful.
