 We will provide dinner meal fee beforehand, please have a dinner at some restaurants near the hotel by yourself.
 
4. Flight Ticket
 The ticket will be provided through the travel agency in your city. The agent will contact with you the way to receive your ticket. Please make sure to receive your flight ticket from the agent. This flight is not exchangeable.
 
5. The way to meet at Narita (Tokyo) International Airport on 5th November
 We will wait with the placard written "NLS-PROJECT", for your arrival at the exit of Narita International Airport in 5th morning November.
 
6. Others
 Accommodation, meals and transportation fee will be born by JAMS (supported by The Nippon Foundation)
 
Information during the training course
1. Schedule (Please see the another paper about the detail of training)
1) From 6th (Mon) to 10th (Fri)
- Registration at 08:40 A.M. in 6th at Training Center.
 Therefore you will gather at lobby of hotel at 07:45 A.M. and go to the Training Center on foot (it takes about 10 minutes).
- The other days, you will gather at lobby of hotel at 08:15 A.M. every morning and go to the Training Center on foot.
- The class will begin at 09:00 A.M. every day (except for 6th)
2) 10th (Fri)
08:00 A.M.
 You will check out the Yokosuka Central Hotel, and your baggage will be sent to Shinagawa Prince Hotel.
15:00 P.M.
 The training course will be finished.
16:00 P.M.
 You will move to Shinagawa Central Hotel by train.
3) 11th (Sat)
06:00 A.M.
 You will gather at the lobby of hotel after checking out.
06:30 A.M.
 You will take a Limousine Bus to Narita Airport.
08:00 A.M.
 You will arrive at Narita Airport.
 
2. Dinner Party
 5th (Sun) and 10th (Fri), we are planning to Welcome and Farewell dinner party.
 
3. Others
1) Please choose a one representative from each CMV country.
2) Please prepare one country report (documents and power point) from each CMV country.
3) If you will use international phone call and mini bar, you have to bear these expenses by yourself.
4) During this training course, Mr. Yamaguchi will act with you from the Airport and stay in the same hotel.

1. Participants are required:
1) to acquired Passport and Visa earlier.
2) to received your flight ticket.
* If there is no contact from the travel agency, please contact the travel agency or us.
3) to carry Working Cloth, Cap, Glove, Pencil, Notebook. If you don't have above Working Cloth, please inform me beforehand.
 
2. Climate of November in Japan
 The climate of the beginning of Nov. in Japan is autumn. The average temperature in Nov. is about 15 degrees.
