Domestic Violence
If your partner has done or is doing any of the following towards you, you are a victim of domestic violence.
・Hitting, kicking, throwing, threatening, and pulling your hair. (Physical abuse)
・Ignoring, insulting, providing no money for living expenses, stalking, checking up on you constantly. (Mental abuse)
・Forcing you to have sex or rejecting the use of condoms. (Sexual abuse)
If you suffer from such violence frequently, you may lack energy and motivation to seek refuge from the abuser. Domestic violence influences you as well as your children. It is important to break free from the isolation you feel and seek support.
