The uncertainty of the other ship action was made a pattern in this experiment as a level 3 from the level 1. As for the level 1, the other ship is the pattern that a course is changed to the ownship from the middle. A level 3 is the pattern that a course is changed to go away from the ownship from the middle. And, a level 2 is a pattern to go straight without changing a course.
