If you are late for check-in
If you will not be able to check-in by the planned check-in time given on the reservation confirmation slip, please let the host property know by telephone. Otherwise your reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation
When you cancel the reservation, please call the Reservation Center at which your reservation was handled, or call the host property directly. It depends on respective properties, but the notice should be made at least 3 to 7 days prior to your check-in date. Failure to do so will be subject to a cancellation charge.

Avoid Being a "No Show"
Please avoid being a "No Show". No-Show will not only cause a great embarrassment to this deposit-free, non-prepaid reservation service but also risk damaging the credibility of your fellow international visitors who hope to take advantage of this service in the future. Moreover, you will be charged a no-show charge by your host property.
