cargoes UoF は設計あるいは貨物操作における計算を目的として、船の区画に貨物の身元と貨物の特性、そしてそれら貨物の割当てを供給する。

　cargoes UoFに現れるアプリケーションオブジェクトを下記に示す。

　

　

（1）Absolute_cargo_position；（4.2.1）

　Absolute_cargo_positionはCargo_position（see 4.2.16）の下位型であり、船の全体座標系におけるUnit_cargoの位置を表す。

　Absolute_cargo_positionは以下の属性を持つ。

―orientation；

―parent_coordinate_system；

―position.

（2）Bay_cell_position；（4.2.5）

　Bay_cell_positionはBay_position（see4.2.6）の下位型であり、船全体、区画、あるいは甲板上において貨物倉（ベイ）で区切ったものをUnit_cargoの位置で表す。

　Bay_cell_positionは以下の属性を持つ。

―bay_number；

―row；

―tier.

（3）Bay_position；（4.2.6）

　A Bay_position is a type of Cargo_position（see4.2.16）

　Bay_positionはCargo_position（see4.2.16）の下位型である。

　ベイを船首から船尾まで船の鉛直断面で1コンテナ長に区切り、それらすべてを段と列のセクションにより表す。Bay_positionはBay_cell_position（see 4.2.5）かLane_position（see 4.2.109）のいずれかである。

　Bay_positionは以下の属性を持つ。

―relating_to.

（4）Bulk_cargo；（4.2.7）

　Bulk_cargoはDry_cargo（see4.2.87）の下位型である。固形貨物で、梱包されておらず、崩れ易い荷である。例）穀物、石炭などはbulk cargoである。

　Bulk_cargoは以下の属性を持つ。

―natural_angle_of_repose；

―type_of

（5）Bulk_cargo_assignment；（4.2.8）

　Bulk_cargo_assignmentはCompartment_cargo_assignment（see4.2.41）の下位型である。

　設計段階における積荷計算もしくは操船時における荷積みのためのBulk_cargoの区画配分を表す。

　Bulk_cargo_assignmentは以下の属性を持つ。

―actual_angle_of_repose；

―cargo_height；

―trimmed.

（6）Cargo；（4.2.11）

　Cargoは航海中で消費される一時的なものも含めあらゆる積荷を表す。また時的に安全に運搬されるが永久的には置かれないものである。CargoにはDry_cargo（see4.2.87）、Gaseous_cargo（see4.2.98）、そしてLiquid_cargo（see4.2.112）.がある。

　Cargoは以下の属性を持つ。

―cargo_hazard；

―description；

―flash_point；

―material_properties；

―pollution_code；

―references；

―required_carriage_temperature；

―un_type_code；

―user_def_cargo.

（7）Cargo_assignment；（4.2.12）

　Cargo_assignmentは船体に貨物（cargo）を配置する。

　Cargo_assignmentはCompartment_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.41）かDeck_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.73）もしくはUnit_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.165）のいずれかである。

　Cargo_assignmentは以下の属性を持つ。

―allocated_weight；

―assignment_context；

―cargo_identifier.

（8）Cargo_footprint；（4.2.15）

　Cargo_footprintは船の構造部位と貨物との接触領域の大きさと位置を表す。

　Cargo_footprintは以下の属性を持つ。

―contact_materia1；

―shape；

―transferred_mass.

（9）Cargo_position；（4.2.16）

　Cargo_positionは区画の中あるいはデッキ上のベイ、あるいは船の座標のいずれかによって表されたUnit_cargoの位置を表す。

　Cargo_positionは次のいずれかである：Absolute_cargo_position（see 4.2.1），Bay_position（see 4.2.6），Relative_cargo_position（see 4.2.133）.

　

（10）Compartment_cargo_assignment；（4.2.41）

　Compartment_cargo_assignmentはCargo_assignment（see 4.2.12）の下位型である。

　Cargoを船の区画（compartment）あるいは空間（space）に配置するものである。

　Compartment_cargo_assignmentは次のいずれかである：Bulk_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.8），Liquid_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.113）.

　Compartment_cargo_assignmentは以下の属性を持つ。

―cargo；

―compartment.

（11）Dangerous_goods_code；（4.2.71）

　Dangerous_goods_codeは、the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code とthe International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea，1974 Chapter VII，Part A.によって指定されるような特定貨物に関連する危険物の特性を記述するものである。

　Dangerous_goods_codeは以下の属性を持つ。

―class；

―subsidiary_risks.

（12）Deck_cargo_assignment；（4.2.73）

　設計時に載荷計算を行う場合、もしくは操船時実際の積荷を確認する場合ためデッキの上のスペースにUnit_cargoを配置する。

　Deck_cargo_assignmentは以下の属性を持つ。

―cargo；

―deck_zone；

―position.

（13）Detailed_cargo_material_properties；（4.2.82）

　Detailed_cargo_material_propertiesはGeneral_cargo_material_properties（see 4.2.100）の下位型である。貨物に関連付けられた詳細な物理特性を指定する。

　Detailed_cargo_material_propertiesは以下の属性を持つ。

―expansion_coefficient；

―specific_heat_capacity；

―thermal_conductivity；

―viscosity.

（14）Dry_cargo；（4.2.87）

　Dry_cargoはCargo（see 4.2.11）の下位型であり、液体や気体ではないものである。

　Dry_cargoは次の内のいずれかである：Bulk_cargo（see 4.2.7）、Unit_cargo（see 4.2.164）

　Dry_cargoは以下の属性を持つ。

―permeability；

―stowage_factor.

（15）Gaseous_cargo；（4.2.98）

　Gaseous_cargoはCargo（see 4.2.11）の下位型であり、自然状態で非固体、非液体の気体状のものである。

　Gaseous_cargoは以下の属性を持つ。

―cargo_type；

―carried_in_liquid_state；

―required_carriage_pressure.

（16）Gaseous_cargo_assignment；（4.2.99）

　Gaseous_cargo_assignmentはCompartment_cargo_assignment（see 4.2.41）の下位型である。設計時に載荷計算を行う場合、もしくは操船時実際の積荷を確認する場合タンクにGaseous_cargoを配置する。

注記）この配置は不活性ガスの使用のために使われる。たいていのgaseous_cargoは液体形式で送られる。
