that the security system of the ship has been surveyed in accordance with paragraph 19.1.1 of the SPFS Code referred to in regulation XI-2/3 of the Convention; |

that the survey showed that the security system of the ship and in all respect satisfactory and that the ship complies with the applicable requirements of Part A of the SPFS Code. |
