There are several models of leadership training:

　

・If leadership refers to a wide community of people with responsibilities for others, then formal leadership training, e.g., in courses is meaningful

・If leadership refers to the few with exceptional political, academic or other responsibilities, there cannot be such thing as a formal leadership training. Leaders become leaders by infection from others.
