If you will not be able to check-in by the planned check-in time given on the reservation confirmation slip, please let the property know by telephone. Otherwise your reservation may be canceled.

　When you cancel the reservation, please call the property directly. It depends on respective properties, but the notice should be made at least 3 to 7 days prior to your check-in date. Failure to do so will be subject to a cancellation charge.

　Please avoid being a "No Show". No-Show will not only cause a great embarrassment to this deposit-free, non-prepaid reservation service but also risk damaging the credibility of your fellow international visitors who hope to take advantage of this service in the future. Moreover, you will be charged a no-show charge by the property.
