・I think the training should concentrate more on the aspect of problems encountered by PSCO's when conducting inspections and not on how many deficiency you could find when conducting PSC inspection (OJT). Like wise case studies of common deficiencies (experienced in each country) can be presented during after OJT discussion.

・1. Invite PSCO to share their actual experienced and have a discussion on problems they encountered.
2. Representative of class society should also be invited to have a more through discussion.
3. At the start of each training, the Tokyo MOU should identify areas or items which need to be clarified. Then before the training ends they should already be a harmonized interpretation on theses subjects.
4. If there are issues that Tokyo MOU wishes to include or amend on the PSC manual or any international convention, would it not help that this issues should be discussed also with PSCO for additional inputs before presenting or discussing it to higher level?
5. TMS should inform before hand the prospective trainees the contents of the country report. This would assure uniformity of presentation and so that TMS would be able to pick up or gather the data and information that TMS needs. (Jerry A Nibre, Philippines)
・Thanks for the all arrangements for the 1st fellowship training course. And much appreciated for Mr. Furuya who conduct the OJT review/discussion smoothly. If the Japanese PSCOs who conducted at OJT at the spot could be attended at OJT review/discussion together, it could be better to everyone to exchange their opinions each other.
