The ship is engaged on the voyage exclusively in Sea Areas A2 and applies only the duplication of equipment for maintenance. Answer whether the ship's manning arrangement is complied with the requirements of SOLASIV, or not.

 

The Master and Chief Engineer are Indian, and others are Myanmar. Every Officer has the individual qualification certificate issued by the Panamanian authority and the Ratings from whom their qualification certified have the qualification certificate issued by the Myanmar authority. All of the certificates are valid.

(Note: India and Myanmar are both contracting governments of STCW convention.)

Are there any non-compliances in the qualification certificates? If any, state the non-compliances.

 

You started investigation on submersion of the load line marks.

According to the outcome of the investigation, it was found that the ship was overloaded exceeding the load line. This is the deficiency that the ship is to be detained in accordance with the IMO Resolution A.787(19).
