Common places (lounge, eating areas, recreation area etc.,) should be banned from smoking. Smoking should be permitted only outside of entire OSCC building. Smoking inside of building is disgusting to those who don't smoke and also it is a health hazard to those breathing in smoke.

Recreation tour that has nothing to do with PSC but just to get an impression of Japanese sight seeing spots is to me should not be included in the course as it only wastes money that could be used on other beneficial part of the course.

Tokyo MOU should state clearly who to bear the cost of obtaining visa, otherwise the process of obtaining it has been well organized. I made this point on cost because I also require another visa for transiting Australia in addition to the Japan.

One inconvenience for me and may be other participants, that are transiting other countries is with transportation and meals not met by Tokyo MOU and I wonder why? I don't understand why every single transportation to and from OSCC within Japan are all been paid for but not in Australia as is my case where meals are also not paid for. Because the past participants paid for their own meals and transportation to and from hotel is why I should be doing the same or because of policy that Tokyo MOU will not meet such a cost.
