Overall the lecturers are well experience in their particular fields and the understand what they present to the participants. In terms of their materials, it is very well organized and prepared.

Every lecturer is responsible for the training. They have made preparation very well and use modern teaching method. It would be better if they spend more time discussing with the trainees.

Each respective lecturers have tried their best and all the efforts given to transfer every technical knowledge to each participant. With the assistance of the text books, overall the lecturers have done their best and should be appreciated.

They try the best they can. Sometime lecturers (some of them) are difficult to explain in English.

Few of the lecturers found it very difficult to express to participants what they really want to express or tell because of English language. Lecturers know more but can not fully convey to participants what they really wanted participants to know-all because of the English language. I personally applauded them for the best they put in trying to help participants in a foreign language. Lecturer's lessons of 1.5hours duration, I suggest if each lesson is reduced to one hour and breaks of 10 minutes in between. Lesson in Tanker Safety to be placed not at lost day of course.

Visiting on board for inspection, we had better divided into two groups, separately inspecting engineer room and the deck. After finish, then change. Thus we can carry out inspection in details.

Must be make group. For one group 2 persons, one engineer and one officer deck, so every one group must make report every finish on the Job training and make discussion with another group.

For training, selection of ship to be inspected was to be rather sub-standard ship.
