1.4. Preparatory Works
In July 2000, a preparatory mission headed by Mr.Otake, Executive Director of JTCA was sent to Hanoi and HCMC and visited to Embassy of Japan, JICA, JBIC, TDSI, TDSI South, HCMC People's Committee to discuss the matter and collect necessary information and data.
In September 2000, a traffic survey on the two roads was conducted with cooperation of TDSI South.
