ロイヤルカリビアン社

When a guest considers a cruise vacation, excitement stirs with thoughts of exotic ports of call, wonderful foods prepared throughout the day by magnificent chefs, pampering service and attention by the crew, and longed for shipboard amenities. Our guests come onboard and unpack for the week or so they are on vacation since the ship provides their transportation. And our guests have available to them a comfortable room, of course with a bath, incomparable restaurants and room service, pools and spas, beauty salons and health clubs to stay fit and beautiful, theatres and clubs for entertainment, and all of those little things like the photo shop, the boutique, and the daily newsletter.

These vessels are literally floating cities providing full accommodations for the guests, about 2000 on a Vision or Celebrity class, as well as the 800 permanent residents (the crew). The resource flow brings provisions of all types on board, and plans for management of the wastes that are generated.

Gray water is wastewater from sinks, showers, the galley and laundry. Black water is wastewater from toilets.
