The 73,852-dwt Panamax type bulk carrier CIELO LUCIA was built at Sasebo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (SSK) and delivered to Capullo Maritime S.A. in October 1999.
Features
1. This vessel is the 10th vessel of the series of Panamax bulk carrier built by SSK.
2. Four (4) sets of 30-ton electric four (4) rope type deck cranes are equipped.
3. SS Fin (Sasebo Stern Fin) developed by SSK is fitted at the stern of this vessel to promote propulsion efficiency.
4. Fuel oil tanks are arranged at aft topside and no oil tank in double bottom to minimize oil leakage and prevent oil pollution.
